They have been very accommodating with all our needs, even at a very short notice.  Particular thanks to Jade and Karen for all the help with this. Options to use our own products and to prioritise and limit the cleaning to two hours a visit was greatly appreciated by my parents. I would recommend this company. Having been let down by one other co. And a solo cleaner it is great not having to worry. My wife is ill and getting rid of dust is a must. What is the Green Daisy guarantee?

We want you to be absolutely delighted with our cleaning service! Please report any concerns to our office on 01474 632101 or email us at appointments@greendaisycleaningservices.co.uk within 24 hours of the service. We will return and re-clean the area(s) of concern at no cost to you provided they are reported within 24 hours.

Is Green Daisy Cleaning Services insured?

We hold comprehensive General Liability and Employer’s Liability insurance, copies of which can be provided upon request. Our £5,000,000 Public Liability insurance includes accidental damage caused by our staff, provided any damage is reported to us within 24 hours of the service being carried out. Despite taking the utmost care when cleaning your home, accidents can happen! We therefore ask clients to remove or ask us not to touch any fragile, highly breakable, sentimental, monetary, valuable or irreplaceable items. Please let us know of any items that you would like us not to clean so that we can advise the cleaners.

How do you ensure your Quality Standards are met?

Client satisfaction is essential to us and we regularly contact our clients to ask for their feedback. This is to help us provide you with the best possible service, address any concerns you may have and let us know what we are doing well. In addition, our management team will perform random spot checks periodically to ensure each clean is completed to our high standards and according to your requirements.

Are your cleaners sub contractors or employed by Green Daisy?

All cleaning staff are Green Daisy Cleaning Services employees. They participate in the company’s training program, go through reference checks and receive the following benefits:

Do you provide supplies and equipment for your clients?

Home Cleaning
We provide microfibre cleaning cloths and work to a colour coded system to avoid cross contamination. Clean cloths will be used for every client. We can also provide (at an additional charge) all cleaning products (we love the Method range which not only cleans amazingly well but is also environmentally friendly and smells fantastic!).

We ask clients to provide their own vacuum cleaner and equipment to wash floors for hygiene reasons – please can you ensure that any cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and steam mops are in good working order and meet health and safety requirements.

Office/Commercial Cleaning
We provide microfibre cleaning cloths and work to a colour coded system to avoid cross contamination.

Eco friendly products, vacuum cleaners and colour coded mops and buckets can be provided at an additional cost. We do ask that these are kept in a secure, locked area on site for health and safety reasons.

Should you wish to provide your own equipment, please ensure that it is in good working
order and meets health & safety requirements.
